Your company’s brain.
Private by default.
Moglee connects the tools your firm already uses and answers every person’s questions from only what they’re allowed to see — cited, always, by construction rather than by policy. When there’s no authorized evidence, it says so instead of guessing.
Good morning, Aisha
Three fixed-fee engagements account for 71% of the margin variance. Two show scope expansion in client communications without a matching change order.

3 itemsFrom scattered systems to confident decisions
Moglee does not replace your ERP, CRM, project tools, or document systems. It connects them, preserves their permissions, and adds the context needed to understand and act.
Secure Ask
Ask across the firm and receive a cited answer built only from sources the current person may access. When evidence is unavailable, Moglee abstains.
See how access works →Action Center
Bring unanswered customer emails, ERP approvals, open commitments, deadlines, and TAT risks into one prioritized, permission-aware queue.
Explore operational outcomes →Contextual performance
Connect goals and certified metrics to projects, customers, teams, risks, and evidence. See what changed, why it changed, and what could improve it.
See KPI availability →Access Explainer
Show exactly why a person is allowed or denied access—without revealing restricted content. Compare roles and inspect source plus Moglee policy.
View the trust model →Turn events into measurable outcomes
Native tools send isolated notifications. Moglee connects the event to its owner, business context, clock policy, escalation path, and eventual result.
Customer reply protection
Detect external requests that appear to require a response, identify the relationship owner, apply the right response target, and prevent important threads from disappearing.
- Reply-required classification
- Waiting-on-us vs. waiting-on-customer
- Customer and team TAT rollups
Approval and TAT compliance
Monitor pending ERP, practice-management, or workflow approvals. Explain which customer, engagement, billing cycle, or compliance target is affected.
- Approval aging and escalation
- Source-system deep links
- Read-only monitoring first; controlled actions later
Engagement health
Combine milestones, hours, scope changes, customer decisions, billing, and delivery context to show which engagements need intervention and why.
- Delivery and financial risk
- Cited variance explanations
- Human-approved recovery actions
Every role sees what matters to them—not everything the firm knows.
Role, entity membership, source permissions, and Moglee policy determine the experience. The same operating reality becomes a different, appropriate brief for each person.
See the firm’s outcomes and where intervention matters.
A concise view of company and business-unit performance, portfolio risk, strategic customers, pending decisions, and the few issues that need partner attention.
“Show me the three issues most likely to affect this month’s margin, with authorized evidence and owners.”
Moglee never invents a business metric.
Entities determine where a KPI belongs. Integrations determine whether it can be calculated. Metric contracts determine whether it can be trusted. Permissions determine who may see it.
Map your available outcomesThe model never sees what the user cannot retrieve.
Moglee resolves source permissions and native policy into the retrieval filter before generation. Restricted content behaves like nonexistent content, and every answer, reminder, metric explanation, and generated action follows the same access boundary.
Deny by default. Source access is intersected with Moglee policy; deny wins.
No existence clues. No hidden-result counts or unauthorized source hints.
Traceable evidence. Citations, source links, access reasons, and audit history.
Honest compliance posture. Privacy-by-design controls today; independent SOC 2 examination remains a readiness milestone, not a current certification claim.
Start with trusted knowledge. Expand into outcomes.

Clear answers, before implementation.
The website should help customers understand what Moglee can prove, what depends on integrations, and what remains under human control.
Does Moglee replace our ERP, CRM, or BI platform?
No. Those systems remain authoritative. Moglee connects their data, permissions, workflow states, and context so users can understand what needs attention and why.
Can Moglee show financial KPIs without a finance integration?
No official financial KPI should be shown without an authoritative source and sufficient entity mapping. Moglee may surface contextual risk signals, but it keeps inferred signals distinct from certified metrics.
Can Moglee approve an ERP item directly?
Read-only monitoring and source deep links should come first. Direct approval requires supported write APIs, delegated authority, separation-of-duties controls, step-up authentication, and confirmation from the source system.
How are reminder permissions handled?
A reminder is governed by the source object permission, Moglee entity policy, workflow participation, and the destination channel. Derived content cannot become more visible than its evidence.
What compliance claims does Moglee make today?
Only honest ones. Moglee ships privacy-by-design controls — an append-only audit trail, role-based access, per-person data export and erasure — while an independent SOC 2 examination remains a readiness milestone. We put what is proven in writing and claim nothing ahead of it.
Choose one workflow your firm cannot afford to miss.
Customer replies. ERP approvals. Engagement health. TAT compliance. Start with a narrow, measurable outcome and prove the value safely.
