Moglee provides a permission-aware knowledge assistant for professional-services firms. For anything in this policy, contact hello@moglee.ai. Security reports go to security@moglee.ai.
This website
- No cookies, no trackers by default. This site sets no cookies and makes no third-party requests. Fonts are served from our own domain.
- Analytics, if enabled, is cookieless. If we enable analytics, it counts page views and button clicks in memory only — no cross-visit identifier, no session recording, no profiles.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, request path) for security and operations.
- Email links open your own mail application; nothing is submitted through this site.
The Moglee product
When a firm creates a workspace, Moglee processes the data that firm chooses to connect. The load-bearing commitments:
- Permission-aware by construction. Every answer is built only from sources the asking person is allowed to see. Access is deny-by-default: restricted content behaves as if it does not exist.
- Your data stays yours. Workspace content is used to serve that workspace. We do not sell personal data, and firm knowledge is not used to build products for anyone else.
- Export and erasure. Workspaces can export their data and request erasure of a person's data; erasure produces a counted certificate of what was removed.
- Audit trail. Access-relevant events are recorded in an append-only audit log available to workspace administrators.
- Subprocessors. The vendors that help us run the service are listed on the subprocessors page.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or request deletion by writing to hello@moglee.ai. If your data lives inside a customer's workspace, we will route the request through that customer as the data controller.
Changes
We will update this page as the product evolves and note the date above. Material changes affecting customers are announced directly.
Moglee is in its design-partner phase. This policy will be reviewed by counsel and expanded before general availability; the commitments above are the floor, not the ceiling.
