Moglee is currently offered as a design-partner preview. The public demo and preview workspaces are provided for evaluation, as-is, without warranty. Paid plans, service levels, and data-processing terms are agreed in a written design-partner or subscription agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Acceptable use
- Only connect or upload data you have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, probe access controls you were not invited to test, or interfere with the service. (If you are a security researcher: we welcome coordinated reports at security@moglee.ai.)
- Do not use the service to violate applicable law.
Your data
Customer content belongs to the customer. Our privacy commitments — permission-aware answers, deny-by-default access, export and erasure, an auditable access trail — are described in the privacy policy and carried into commercial agreements.
Availability and liability
During the preview phase we do not commit to uptime targets, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for the free preview is limited to the amount you paid for it (zero for the public demo). Commercial agreements define real service levels and liability terms.
